Its all about ethernet! ^^

Hi…. Ethernet is a family of frame-based computer networking technologies for local area networks (LANs). It defines a number of wiring and signaling standards for the physical layer, through means of network access at the Media Access Control (MAC) and a common addressing format. Ethernet is standardized as IEEE 802.3 ae.

The 4 common features of legacy Ethernet are timing parameters, Frame format, Transmission process, Basic design rules.

Ethernet was originally based on the idea of computers communicating over a shared coaxial cable acting as a broadcast transmission medium. The methods used show some similarities to radio systems, although there are fundamental differences, such as the fact that it is much easier to detect collisions in a cable broadcast system than a radio broadcast.

its all about networking,.... ^_^

elow!!! in my subject datacom., it is a very interesting subject because if you want to learn about networking and the different cable used for a network, this is the right subject. networking is the practice of linking two or more computing devices together for the purpose of sharing data. Networks are built with a mix of computer hardware and computer software. Networks can be categorized in several different ways. One approach defines the type of network according to the geographic area it spans. local area network (LANs)for example, typically reach across a single home, whereas wide area network (WANs) reach across cities, states, or even across the world.

Year of the Fire Rat!

hi...it is a bad year for me i guess, because in my home town, all of the people there are thinking that i am a crazy one, they laugh at me because of what i am wearing or what i want to do....it looks like a big big! big brother house, because i should be careful in everything i do and in everything i say.
